Calorie and macro data is sourced from available food databases and user input. We do our best, but we cannot guarantee that every number is perfectly accurate. Use the app as a guide, not gospel.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
By submitting your email on our waitlist, you agree to receive a small number of emails related to the Unfatty launch. You can unsubscribe at any time. We will not spam you. That would be annoying for everyone.
Unfatty is provided as-is. We may change, pause, or shut down the service at any time. We will try to give notice when we can, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unfatty is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or service.
